QUALIFICATIONS
Detail-oriented and proactive individual, proficient in Microsoft Suite, familiarity with influencer marketing, driven, organized, and a team player. Experience in Adobe Suite and knowledge of product/packaging design are desirable.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in office and production studio management, source and order products, create sourcing documents, maintain inventory, assist with client presentations, manage social tracking reports, and support project assembly and production tasks.

JOB OVERVIEW
WE ARE SEEKING A DETAIL-ORIENTED AND PROACTIVE PRODUCTION COORDINATOR TO JOIN OUR DYNAMIC TEAM IN A FAST-PACED WORKING ENVIRONMENT.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- ASSISTING THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM WITH THE GENERAL RUNNING OF THE OFFICE & PRODUCTION STUDIO
- ASSISTING IN SOURCING AND ORDERING PRODUCTS & MATERIALS FOR PROJECTS
- CREATING SOURCING DOCUMENTS AND KEEPING DELIVERY TRACKERS UP-TO-DATE
- MAINTAINING PRODUCT INVENTORIES
- SOURCING SAMPLES FOR THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM
- SUPPORTING ON ADMIN RELATED TASKS INCLUDING ASSISTING WITH FINANCE PROCESSES SUCH AS INVOICE CHASING - REFUNDS - BANK LIAISON ETC
- ASSISTING ON CLIENT PRESENTATIONS, INCLUDING MOODBOARDING, CREATIVE COPY ETC
- IN CHARGE OF SOCIAL TRACKING REPORTS – CREATOR IQ
- UNPACKING AND LABELLING BOXES FOR PROJECTS
- ON SITE HELP FOR ASSEMBLY AND PRODUCTION OF PROJECTS
- BE HANDS-ON AND PREPARED TO GET STUCK IN! THIS MIGHT MEAN ANYTHING FROM INTRICATELY WRAPPING A GIFT, TO PHOTOGRAPHING SAMPLES FOR CLIENT APPROVAL OR HELPING LOAD & UNLOAD DELIVERIES
- SUPPORTING THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM & CLIENT DIRECTOR ON ANY ADHOC TASKS
- RESEARCHING TRENDS WITHIN THE INFLUENCER MARKETING LANDSCAPE
- PROACTIVE RESEARCH INTO NEW PACKAGING AND CUSTOM PRODUCT VENDORS TO WORK WITH
