QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of product/solutions/services marketing experience in Cloud/ERP, strong communication and storytelling skills, and a BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience. Experience marketing to Professional Services organizations is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive solution messaging, develop buyer personas, partner with sales enablement for training, assess metrics with Demand Generation, and build relationships across teams to enhance awareness and support for Workday's offerings in the Professional Services market.

- Work with Sales & Marketing partners to create solution messaging and positioning for the Professional Services market.
- Continually evaluate and evolve differentiated messaging to align with market shifts and devise innovative ways to equip sales & marketing teams.
- Assess sales training requirements for new and existing offerings, partner with sales enablement to define appropriate curriculum, and secure necessary stakeholder support to implement effectively.
- Develop buyer personas and solution content for new and existing offerings.
- Partner with Demand Generation to review metrics and recommend ways to improve.
- Design targeted industry and sub-industry messages and content strategy for sponsored events and serve as a Workday evangelist.
- Build strong relationships across Workday functional and regional teams to drive awareness.
- 8+ years product/solutions/services marketing experience in Cloud/ERP space
- Innovative solution marketing professional with experience marketing to Professional Services organizations for Finance, Projects, and HR solutions.
- Strong written, oral communication, story-telling skills, and persuasively presenting to varied audiences and settings. Advanced PowerPoint skills.
- Passionate about industry trends and how newer technologies can transform the Professional Services Sector.
- Lead iterative, data-driven discussions with peer experts to drive recommendations.
- Manage complex interdependencies across highly matrixed projects/teams.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of product functionality, an intimate understanding of buyer aspirations and pains, and familiarity with competitor products.
- Balance competing needs from multiple partners. Moves forward positively amidst competing and shifting priorities.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
Workday Pay Transparency Statement
Primary Location Base Pay Range: $144,000 USD - $216,000 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $127,500 USD - $216,000 USD
