Program Manager Tech 2

Nextant is looking for a driven Program Manager Tech 2 to join our client team. The purpose of this team is to develop an industrial controls platform integrating software and hardware. This role will contribute to the industrial controls platform project and provides the opportunity to work on a new, innovative startup project with a small, agile team and significant executive support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interface with clients, as required, on technical matters and/or project subject matters from project initiation through delivery.
• Provide program/project schedules and status reports.
• Create the functional specification, requirements and/or scope that will be used as a tool in making decisions as to how the product, service and/or project will be implemented.
• Provide technical and/or analytical information to Product Managers, as required.
• Organize cross functional activities ensuring that the program is completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
• Translate persona / customer live interviews and meetings in to Epics, Features, and Tasks in Azure DevOps, including coherent organization and structuring of deliverables.
• Align epics/features/tasks to include information about other Microsoft products being used or integrated-with.

Requirements:

• 3-4 overall years of experience in the field.
• Significant previous experience with B2B lead generation.2 years experience with data analysis in Excel (Vlookups, Pivot tables, etc.)
• 3 years experience with program management and facilitating projects for a marketing team.
• 3 years experience with Lead Generation, preferably in B2B marketing.
• Experience with B2B digital
• Experience with multiple inquisitive stakeholders with high expectations.
• Experience with execution and finalizing key deliverables, confidence in assessing requests against SLAs.
• Proficiency in key functions of excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, Index, formatting, data processing/normalization, etc.).

Pay Rate:

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $118,500.00 in Washington State. Please note that the salary range is a general guideline. Nextant considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills, and other market and business considerations when extending an offer.
