Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of programmatic campaigns across various platforms, ensuring flawless implementation and exceptional performance. You will leverage your advanced knowledge of programmatic best practices, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive client success, team growth, and revenue generation. This role is crucial to maintaining our position as a leader in programmatic advertising and delivering cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
· Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Programmatic Account Managers and Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
· Oversee the development and implementation of programmatic strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals.
· Manage team allocation and workload distribution to ensure efficiency, profitability, and optimal resource utilization.
· Provide guidance and expertise on campaign planning, execution, and optimization across various DSPs and channels.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic recommendations and delivering exceptional service.
· Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights to improve results and maximize ROI.
· Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in programmatic advertising
Qualifications:
· 6+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising, with a proven track record of success.
· Advanced knowledge of programmatic platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, PulsePoint) and best practices.
· Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a focus on fostering growth and development.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Proficiency in using various measurement and reporting tools (e.g., MOAT, IAS, Google Analytics).
· Familiarity with CRM platforms for DSP integration (e.g., Oracle, Adobe) and major 3rd party audience partners (e.g., Anteriad, Bombora, Liveramp). [insert]
