SHORT DESCRIPTION

Mindful, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to lead product launches on television platforms and expand into live sales channels, ensuring compliance and effective project management throughout the process.

Mindful, LLC, a home environment product company, is looking for a full-time Project Coordinator to join our team. As an integral part of our product launch team, you will manage the launch of new products on our television customer platforms, including HSN, QVC, and The Shopping Channel in Canada. Mindful also plans to expand into other live sales channels, such as Amazon Live, and the Project Coordinator will spearhead that initiative as well.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a dedicated individual who excels in meticulous attention to detail and regulatory compliance essential for project success. This individual should also be able to confidently take ownership of those projects and see them through to completion. This role encompasses interacting with all parts of the product launch process, from research and compliance testing, working with creative teams to bring digital assets to life, QA processes, to planning live shows and other product launch activities.

Job Duties:

● Gain a detailed understanding of the product offering

● Participate in the development of new products

● Create detailed Use and Care Guides for products

● Plan, organize, and direct new product launches and product setup with various sales channels

● Prepare and submit products to the QA process for various retailers

● Create copy, and highlight product features and benefits to present to TV networks including HSN, QVC, and TSC

● Ensure all product copy, features and benefits, and digital assets meet the sales channel’s QA and legal approval guidelines

● Act as point person for sales channels, and coordinate with buying team, QA, legal, production, and talent

● Work with outside vendors on the planning of various digital assets including; product photography, lifestyle photography, b-roll, graphics, and product animation

● Coordinate with vendors to ensure alignment with social media and product airings

● Create a plan, prepare, and execute product launches on Amazon Live and other live sales channels

● Perform other tasks to assist the marketing department as needed

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree preferred, and/or equivalent experience in project management, B2B marketing, ecommerce, or similar fields

● Demonstrate a high level of both written and verbal communication and outstanding attention to detail

● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Mainly Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Word)

● Advanced email and communication skills

● Experience working with Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred

● Proven ability to plan and handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

● Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

● High level of professionalism and strong sense of urgency

● The ability to work well independently with minimal guidance, as well as with a team

● Flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities at times
