Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in managing and executing Merchandising and Design projects from start to finish. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will collaborate with the Product, Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, and Design departments on key aspects of trade show planning and sales support. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth workflow, meeting deadlines, coordinating with various teams, and maintaining strong communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Attention to detail is critical to success in this role, as you will be managing multiple tasks and ensuring all project components align. Primary Responsibilities:
- Assign workflows for all Merchandising and Design projects, ensuring tasks are clearly defined and completed on schedule.
- Oversee the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of projects.
- Utilize project request forms (via Jotform.com) to receive and manage project information.
- Manage all project-related details via Salesforce (SFDC).
- Coordinate the merchandising team's schedule and availability to ensure timely project delivery.
- Build and maintain project calendars, tracking important deliverables, approval deadlines, and shipping schedules.
- Review and close counterset orders, ensuring all shipping instructions are sent to the warehouse team.
- Provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting changes or new needs.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the on-site Merchandising Team when issues arise.
- Manage inventory of the Merchandising Toolkit.
- Provide backup support to the Merchandising team in ShelfLogic, creating or adjusting project planograms as needed.
- Lead weekly pipeline meetings with the account and design teams to evaluate the status of new and ongoing projects.
- Coordinate requests for marketing collateral with the sales team.
- Coordinate and manage all logistics for trade show events, including shipping, setup and teardown, setting clear timelines for contributing team deadlines, and team registration.
Merchandising Projects
These projects map out the product for an FEC’s redemption space, including a planogram, product suggestions for all areas including cranes and merchandiser machines, and a line item quote. These projects can be virtual (sent to the customer to set up themselves) or on-site (member(s) of the Merchandising Team travel to help the customer set up and provide training for their team.)

Design Projects
These projects map out the physical design for a Family Entertainment Center’s redemption space and include a Preliminary Design, Final Design, and Vendor Drawings.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, particularly Salesforce (SFDC) and Jotform.
- Proficiency in Google Products (such as Google Sheets, Docs, Calendar, etc.)
- An associate's degree is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience, with proficiency expected at 7 years.
- Ability to mentor and advise team members.
- Visual Merchandising experience is preferred but not required.

Travel Requirements:
This position has limited travel, but may be required or offered on occasion in an effort to gain insights from within and without the industry.
Flexible Work Options:
This position is eligible to WFH (work from home) part-time after 30 days of continuous employment with Redemption Plus and in accordance with the policy as defined in the Employee Handbook. This privilege is contingent upon the employee verifying a minimum home internet connection of 10Mb Download and Upload to ensure quality voice over IP experience for our customers.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this position the team member is regularly required to sit, talk and hear. This position frequently requires the use of hands to handle or feel and reach with hands, arms and fingers. This position is occasionally required to stand, walk, kneel down, climb a ladder and drive or ride in a motor vehicle. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 - 50 lbs. The team member must have the ability to travel, sometimes with short notice. This team member must also possess the ability to work effectively in an open working space, solve problems and interpret data quickly while demonstrating a high degree of inclusive collaboration.
