We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager who will be a trusted consultant to your clients, projects and the business. Your main duties will include client management with day-to-day client contact and management of a number of projects on a day-to-day basis. You will also be managing a small team of people. This role is a great mix of being a strategic thinker, project management & reporting, driving client success and people management.
What you'll do
- Responsible for the day-day execution and delivery of projects
- Day-day supervision of project team members, ensuring the team understand their project priorities & KPI’s, and are successfully executing against these
- Coordinating and providing training to team members
- First point of contact for specific client deliverables (e.g. reporting, reviews, feedback)
- Coordinating and attending project reviews; attending account planning sessions
- Escalation point for internal project team; identification and resolution of client issues with escalation to Program Manager/Director where necessary
- Be able to articulate resolution to client issues. In some cases, be responsible to communicate resolution directly to the client
- Ensure that project goals are delivered on time
- Track the success of partner programs and MDF investments (or any other KPI’s tied to the program/team), leveraging data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- QBR management & ownership of monthly reviews
- Relationship building with client, to ensure project retention and growth
Qualifications
- Minimum of three to five years’ experience as a Team Lead, Project Manager, Client Success Manager, Account Manager or Partner Marketing Manager
- Strong client management skills with the ability to understand project goals and objectives to drive success
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both clients and internal stakeholders
- Marketing experience, with an emphasis on digital marketing required
- Familiarity with MDF processes, guidelines, and best practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow, improve and create processes
- Experience managing or mentoring people
- Strong reporting and presenting skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Client management (ad hoc requests, reporting, calls, process discussion)
- B2B Marketing or Channel/Partner Marketing experience (preferred)
