Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development of customer success assets at CrowdStrike, ensuring effective collaboration and measurable outcomes in a dynamic remote work environment.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage integrated marketing programs at CrowdStrike. The primary focus of this role will be owning the end-to-end process of transforming customer success stories from intake to polished, finalized assets, while tracking and reporting on the overall program’s success.
- Design, implement, and manage the process for streamlining impactful customer success assets, including written case studies, testimonials and quotes, social media, videos, and other content types.
- Act as the central point of contact across marketing for customer stories and similar assets, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless collaboration.
- Work closely with marketing, customer success, and creative teams to align on timelines, goals and messaging.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills to ensure clarity, alignment, and buy-in from all key stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to guide the production of customer success assets.
- Monitor and communicate project status, proactively addressing potential risks or delays.
- Establish KPIs to measure the impact and success of the customer storytelling program.
- Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Continuously refine workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and the quality of customer success assets.
- Implement tools and best practices to streamline communication and deliverables.
- Experience: 8+ years of project management experience. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders including senior management, meeting deadlines, and delivering measurable outcomes. Experienced in optimizing processes and streamlining complex initiatives involving multiple cross-functional stakeholders for maximum efficiency.
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, especially when engaging with key stakeholders across teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms. Experience working with Adobe Workfront is a strong plus.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with customer storytelling, content creation processes that involve partnering with editorial and media studio teams, and/or marketing workflows is a plus
- Certifications: PMP certification is a nice-to-have, but not required
