Job Overview
We are seeking a full-time project manager for our in-house design studio, which works with premier real estate clients. The role - featuring the title of Creative Services Manager - works closely with our Creative Directors and designers to deliver high-quality design solutions to our clients. This role requires a strong interest in the real estate industry and a passion for collaborative work. The project manager will serve as the primary liaison for the firm’s creative projects, ensuring smooth communication and successful execution from concept to completion. This role is based in Manhattan and includes both in-office and virtual workdays.
Responsibilities
Client Relationships: Develop and sustain close working relationships with clients to effectively manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Asset Delivery: Oversee on-time delivery of creative assets to internal teams, external partners, and vendors, ensuring seamless project execution.
Project Tracking: Manage project flow through the creative studio, tracking milestones to ensure all copy and visual assets meet deadlines and align with approval protocols.
Campaign Management: Traffic all campaign collateral to project owners, accurately capturing and communicating changes, feedback, and approvals between the Copy and Creative teams.
Communication: Proactively communicate project statuses and updates to internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors, fostering transparency and alignment across campaigns.
Organization: Maintain an organized server system with up-to-date files, ensuring efficient access and collaboration across teams.
Post-Production Oversight: Coordinate projects in post-production to ensure smooth transitions through release and final delivery.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in Account or Project Management, preferably in creative and/or marketing environments.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Commercial Real Estate and Hospitality sectors is a strong plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of digital, print, and video file formats and workflows. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, Hubspot and Figma is a plus, but not required.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Adaptability: Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adjusting quickly to changes while meeting tight deadlines.
Collaborative Mindset: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Process Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of creative production processes, including asset trafficking, approvals, and campaign workflows.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
