Job Summary

The Program Manager will be responsible for driving inter-departmental coordination, managing healthcare-focused projects, and ensuring the efficient execution of marketing campaigns. This role emphasizes experience in healthcare, regulatory compliance, and industry-specific best practices. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Firefly, Workfront, and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, with a track record of success in healthcare-related marketing and communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Healthcare-Specific Project Management

Lead projects centered around healthcare marketing, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, FDA, and other relevant healthcare regulations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals that align with healthcare industry standards and patient-focused outcomes.

Manage risk and maintain quality assurance processes tailored to the healthcare domain.

Inter-Team Coordination

Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams such as clinical, marketing, creative, IT, and compliance.

Act as a bridge to align objectives and priorities across departments in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

Digital Asset Management (DAM)

Oversee the management and governance of healthcare-related digital assets.

Ensure assets are appropriately tagged, categorized, and compliant with healthcare industry guidelines.

Drive the optimization of workflows for creating, storing, and distributing healthcare-specific content.

Marketing Campaign Management

Lead the development and execution of healthcare-focused ad campaigns, ensuring messaging adheres to industry standards.

Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to improve effectiveness and ROI.

Collaborate with creative teams to develop content that meets the unique needs of healthcare audiences, including patients and providers.

Technical Proficiency and Training

Utilize tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Firefly, and Workfront to streamline project execution.

Train and support teams in adopting these tools effectively for healthcare projects.

Compliance and Governance in Healthcare
