This position is CONTINGENT upon funding, an open position, customer approval, completion of a favorable background investigation, and successful TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance crossover.

Nightwing is seeking a Project Integrator to work with a team to provide Agile Coaching, Scrum Master Support services, and Dashboard and Metric support to development teams and/or business partners associated with software development activities.

For this role, the ideal candidate will have:

Experience with Agile Scrum; No certification required

Demonstrated experience identifying and validating, appropriate agile-related measurements.

Demonstrated experience creating reports and views showing agile-related information such as number of MVls, percentage of work completed per sprint based on what was committed at the beginning of the sprint.

Demonstrated experience leading requirements-gathering sessions.

Demonstrated experience integrating data from disparate repositories to showcase relevant information.

Demonstrated experience with creating high-level roadmaps and understanding high-level vision.

Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining marketing materials and slick sheets as related to coaching/training.

Demonstrated experience capturing data in JIRA.

It is desired that the individual have:

Demonstrated experience with the Sponsor's Agile framework and Maturity Model.

Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple resources within the Sponsor and the Sponsors office.

Demonstrated experience planning agile-related events such as internal conferences.

Demonstrated experience providing executive level communications

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
