Property Management Internship

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining property value.

Responsibilities

• Assist in online marketing of our portfolio
• Manage online databases with contacts and leads
• Manage small shop shopping center leads providing quotes and property information to prospects
• Help with minor property management issues involving tenants and vendors
• Assist the COO with day to day operational tasks and logistics such as travel and IT issues
• Assist with scheduling

Requirements
- Previous experience in property management or related field
- Knowledge of facilities management, property leasing, and office operations
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to resolve conflicts effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Internship

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
