Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Southcrest Heights Apartments in Brookline. https://www.southcrestheights.com/
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management, and leasing. The job entails over seeing all buildings and ensuring that they are well-maintained and compliant with relevant regulations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a keen understanding of Fair Housing regulations, and the ability to foster positive relationships with residents and owners.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements.
- Oversee property maintenance activities, coordinating repairs and improvements as needed.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
- Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and lease agreements in a professional manner.

Experience

- Excellent sales skills with the ability to effectively market properties to prospective tenants.
