Valley Homes is a fast-growing, full-service real estate brokerage that assists clients looking to buy, sell, lease, or invest in real estate. Our team is dedicated to curating an exceptional client experience that stands out in this competitive real estate market. Our ability to assist our clients with sales and property management lets our team fully understand what real estate marketing is doing. As a result, our agents can ensure their clients are making informed decisions and strong investments, whether it's their first home purchase or tenth investment.

Our team is looking to fill the role of Property Manager, Realtor to oversee one of our Territory's property management and sales conversion. This unique role provides the candidate with an opportunity rarely found in real estate: to have a steady base income in addition to multiple commission streams from sales and property management.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Active Alabama Real Estate License (Will require Brokerage transfer if employed by Valley Homes)
  • Member of Huntsville Association of Realtors
  • Ability to work independently and on a team
  • Excellent interpersonal relations, communicative skills & client-focused service orientation
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment & manage multiple projects effectively

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing Assigned Resident Services Coordinator (Virtual Assistant)
  • Landlord/Property Onboarding
  • Rental Listing Marketing/Showings
  • Application Processing
  • New Tenant Lease Execution & Renewals
  • Tenant Move Ins/Outs
  • Property Inspections
  • Rental Owner: The Property Manager is the primary point of contact for all rental owners in their assigned portfolio.
  • Tenant Relations: The Property Manager is the primary point of contact for all tenant escalations and will work with their assigned Resident Services Coordinator (Virtual Assistant) to come to mutually agreeable solutions based on the Property Management Agreement and Lease Agreement.
  • Business Needs Support: As a young, growing company, the needs of the business can pivot at any given time. This may require the Property Manager to perform additional duties not listed above. It is important to be nimble & understand we are a team. While each role of the company has specific priorities, all team members are expected to help where needed, whether meeting with a high-profile client or conducting a touch-up clean on a property.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary
  • Commission per listing leased, 12-month renewal executed, and new property on-boarded by you
  • Sales Commissions
  • Monthly Vehicle Allowance
  • Paid Time Off

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
