LOCATION
Remote (U.S.-based only, excluding U.S. territories)
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in progress, experience in a writing/editing environment, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, and strong grammar, editing, and research skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Update existing content, execute quality improvement projects, participate in process improvements, contribute to team discussions, and effectively use content and project management tools.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Provide editorial and administrative support to the Proprietary Content team, assisting in maintaining quality reference content for libraries through various projects and workflows.
This remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories)
- Update existing content and related data according to editorial and style guides
- Execute content quality improvement projects
- Actively participate in identifying and implementing process improvements
- Contribute to team standups and discussions
- Effectively and efficiently use content and project management tools
- Attend and contribute to team standups and discussions
Your Team
- Experience in a writing/editing environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Work
- Excellent language skills (especially grammar, editing, and writing) and research skills
- Bachelor’s degree in progress
What sets you apart
- Familiarity with Chicago Manual of Style (17th ed.) and MLA Handbook (9th ed.)
- Familiarity with productivity platforms like Microsoft Teams and Monday.com
- Ability to accomplish a variety of tasks according to defined guidelines
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to proactively identify and communicate ideas for improvement
- Undergraduate field of study: English, Communications, Journalism, Liberal Arts or related field
