Responsibility:
- Acquire knowledge of company products and familiarize oneself with product labels, pricing, and systems operation through a 2-4 week training period;
- Document, report, and provide feedback to management on client interactions, as well as maintain data related to activities, accounts, and partners;
- Developing and maintaining a basic knowledge of product lines and services;
- Attends/completes required training and department meetings;
- Performing market research and competitive analysis;
- Participating in user testing and gathering customer feedback;
- Take part in the product testing process and provide testing reports;
- Product life cycle management;
- Helping develop product strategies and road maps;
- Collaborating with design, engineering, and marketing teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, management and other related majors are preferred;
- 0-3 years working experience for product manager role;
- Leads product development, strategy, and redesign from concept through development and manufacturing to market launch;
- Develops products by identifying potential products, conducting market research, generating product requirements, developing marketing strategies, and determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction;
- Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses, and answering questions and requests;
- Familiar with product design and development process, with keen market insight and data analysis capabilities;
- Possess excellent communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to effectively promote project progress;
- Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data, reviewing production and sales costs, anticipating volume, and costing special and customized orders.
- Familiarity with product analytic tools and project management methodologies is crucial. Basic understanding of programming concepts and software development life cycle can be beneficial;
- Understanding of business operations, strategy, and the ability to align product development with organizational goals.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical reasoning abilities are essential;
- A keen eye for detail is necessary for quality assurance and to ensure the accuracy of product specifications and performance metrics;
- The ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and translate this understanding into product development is key;
- Proficiency in conducting market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape;
- Understanding of business operations, strategy, and the ability to align product development with organizational goals;
- Plan the project individually and comprehensively. This involves defining the project’s scope, objectives, and deliverable in consultation with stakeholders.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
