Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 1,700 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Seattle, Hong Kong, Paris, Shanghai, and Tokyo.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Online Store Associate to lead the daily operations of PSA's online store. This role involves overseeing everything from inventory management to enhancing the user experience and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. We seek a self-motivated individual who is eager to take ownership of the store's success and significantly expand its presence and impact for PSA customers.

You'll report to our Director of Integrated & Partner Marketing and work from one of our offices. Remote or hybrid candidates will also be considered. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time. This will be discussed further as part of the recruiting process.

What You'll Do:

  • Store Operations Management:
    • Oversee the daily operations of the PSA store, ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
    • Regularly update the store's content and appearance, ensuring it is visually appealing and on-brand.
    • Manage inventory levels and work closely with suppliers to maintain stock availability in collaboration with our 3PL partner.
    • Coordinate with the warehouse and fulfillment team (3PL) to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Ensure a user-friendly and intuitive customer experience on the website, optimizing the store layout and product display.
    • Manage customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Implement strategies to minimize cart abandonment and increase conversion rates.
  • Marketing and Promotions:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special offers.
    • Optimize product descriptions, images, and SEO to increase traffic and sales.
    • Utilize data analytics to track sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.
    • Prepare regular reports on store performance and present actionable insights to senior management.
    • Analyze customer feedback and behavior to optimize the online shopping experience.
  • Vendor Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain relationships with product suppliers and external vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and inventory availability.
  • Product Expansion & Development
    • Work with internal teams to identify opportunities for new product offerings, including exclusive or limited-edition merchandise.
  • Compliance & Security
    • Ensure the store adheres to all legal requirements, including privacy laws, online payment security standards, and copyright regulations.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience managing an online store, preferably in eCommerce, retail, or collectibles sectors.
  • Proficient in eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email campaigns).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in managing complex eCommerce projects with cross-functional teams, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to.
  • Ability to understand P&L statements and drive profitability through effective cost management and sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Passion for collectibles, trading cards, or related fields is a plus
  • Experience in working with third-party integrations such as payment gateways, shipping solutions, and CRM systems is preferred
  • Familiarity with website design tools (e.g., HTML, CSS) and a basic understanding of web development is preferred

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $88,000. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
