PUBLIC RELATIONS INTERN - PART TIME (3 Days a Week)

TRI-STATE AREA BASED

A boutique lifestyle public relations and marketing company near Union Square with accounts in the areas of lifestyle, health and wellness, interior design, pop culture and more needs a Public Relations Intern for various duties, assisting account executives, press clipping, pitch list creation, social media, research and other follow-up duties. Must have applicable experience.

This job will be HYBRID for now. We are a small company. All the work is extremely-hands on, and the right candidate must be able to juggle a number of things at once and do them well. Well-spoken, organized, responsive, pro-active, creative.

Hours: 9:30am-5pm, 3 Days a Week.

This is an entry-level position but can lead to advancement for the right candidate.

Must have excellent skills, be very organized, and previous PR experience in lifestyle is a must, must be proficient at social media, creating content and posting, superior follow-up, be articulate, and reliable. Great team player and independent worker who is able to take initiative.

Knowledge of Cision, Social Media, Fashion Beauty Monitor, Hootsuite, Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint/Word/Outlook.
