With over 1.6 million followers on TikTok, our brand is all about authenticity, storytelling, and engaging with audiences on a personal level. We need someone who’s not only passionate about public relations but who also understands the world of social media, content creation, and influencer marketing.

The ideal candidate should be skilled at crafting compelling narratives, managing media relationships, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment. Experience or an understanding of ADHD and content creation would be a plus, as our team thrives on creativity and flexibility.

Responsibilities

Develop, distribute, and pitch press releases to relevant media outlets to announce brand milestones, news, and events.

Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging influencers that align with our brand and can enhance public perception.

Craft engaging, brand-aligned content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and websites.

Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and other content creators to secure coverage and foster collaborative opportunities.

Monitor media coverage, analyze public sentiment, and track social engagement metrics to inform future strategies.

Proofread all written materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.

Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and maintain brand consistency across all channels.

Help organize and streamline tasks to keep our dynamic, ADHD-friendly environment on track with communication strategies and media outreach.

Requirements

Strong interest in public relations, social media, and digital content.

Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt style for different audiences and platforms, especially in a digital, influencer-driven space.

Understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and content creation best practices.

Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for building and maintaining relationships with media and influencer contacts.

High attention to detail with strong proofreading skills for quality content delivery.

Bonus: Familiarity with ADHD-friendly organizational tools or techniques and an understanding of influencer marketing.
