Real Estate Acquisitions Manager
LOCATION
Full-time position with potential remote options.
QUALIFICATIONS
Three or more years of experience in real estate sales, particularly in acquisitions, exceptional communication skills, strong selling passion, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to leads, manage prospect pipeline, follow-up on leads, act as lead contact for sellers, communicate effectively, close contracts timely, learn the industry, attend meetings and trainings, and perform administrative tasks as required.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a motivated real estate acquisitions specialist to handle deal hunting, preparation, and closing for our high-performance team, ensuring smooth transactions and contributing to business growth.
$60.000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Respond to all leads and close on them
- Manage pipeline of prospects
- Follow-up on leads in a timely manner
- Answer/return/follow up phone calls generated by lead system
- Act as lead contact for sellers
- Build rapport with the sellers to overcome objections to get the deal signed
- Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
- Close contracts in a timely manner
- Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position
- Attend business meetings and trainings as required
- Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
- Three or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
- Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player, contributing to group efforts.
