Real Estate Administrative Assistant
LOCATION
Studio City, in-office with property visits required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational skills, computer savvy, knowledge of Microsoft Office, social media experience, excellent communication skills, and either a real estate license or working towards obtaining one.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Seeking a driven administrative assistant to manage paperwork, coordinate schedules, and support the real estate team, while ensuring excellent client service and organizational efficiency.
We’re looking for a driven and dedicated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to complete and file the appropriate paperwork for transactions, oversee important deadlines and notify clients when necessary, and coordinate schedules for inspection, photographs, showings, final walkthroughs, and other appointments. Must be computer savvy and working knowledge of social media site like IG, FB, and X. Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, a knack for customer service, and a strong understanding of the real estate transaction process.
The office is in Studio City and you will be working at the office. There will also be visits to properties so a car and driver's license are important.
Other things we are looking for:
- Commitment to using my system. I have a checklist system of tasks that need to be done every day.
- Very organized.
- Detail-oriented.
- Creative problem solver.
- Self-starter.
- Must be computer savvy. Excel and Word are expected. Will also use my CRM. Some Photoshop experience is a HUGE plus.
- Social Media experience with IG, FB and X
- General understanding of how to use AI
- Having your own computer is a plus.
- Good writing skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Kind and courteous to past, present, and potential clients.
- If you have a license, you will need to transfer it to the brokerage where I work.
- I have systems in place and want your help to create more systems.
Hours would be to 30 to 40 hours a week, mostly between 9 to 6, Monday through Friday. Some weekend work is possible.
Paid through a payroll service. Bonuses based on yearly performance. Mileage will be reimbursed per IRS guidelines. Apply today!
Compensation:$18 - $30 hourly
Responsibilities:- Continue to build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by attending educational events
- Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible
- Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements
- Supervise production of all online marketing materials as well as brochures and flyers for events to professionally represent the real estate team
- Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends
- Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
- Either already has or is working towards real estate license
- Communicates well, both verbally and written
