High School Diploma (Associates' Degree or two years in college desired), Business or Real Estate degree concentration preferred, strong PC skills, and experience in Construction, Commercial Property Management, or Commercial Real Estate is a plus. Preferred skills include customer service experience, Spanish language, and driver's license.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage rent collections, comply with Fair Housing laws, schedule maintenance staff, perform inspections, process move-out paperwork, prepare eviction documents, enforce community rules, manage online marketing, respond to resident issues, and conduct routine property inspections.

Property Management Administrative Assistant
EH Property Management is in search of a meticulous and driven candidate to join us as a Property Management Administrative Assistant. As a vibrant company, we are eager to welcome individuals who share our passion for growth and teamwork.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in offering administrative assistance and facilitating communication between our property managers and clients. We are seeking a candidate with strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a background in office and computer operations.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Rent collections and recording
- Thorough knowledge and compliance with all Fair Housing law
- Scheduling, coordinating, and supervising maintenance staff and vendors when necessary
- Performed move-in and move-out inspections and lease signings, coordinated and prepared vacant units.
- Process move-out paperwork and tenant charge deductions
- Prepare legal action for eviction when necessary. Make court appearances for evictions along with attorneys when necessary.
- Effective enforcement of all Community Rules and regulations
- Daily online marketing, showing & renting vacant units
- Completing required reports
- Responding to resident maintenance requests and complaints
- Perform routine property physical inspections of units and grounds.
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma [Associates' Degree or two years in college desired]
- Business or Real Estate degree concentration preferred
- Strong PC Skills
- Experience in Construction, Commercial Property Management, or Commercial Real Estate a plus.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
