Lead generate for 15 hours a week, conduct two open houses monthly, consult and negotiate with clients, market homes, and track tasks using Command. Participate in team activities and demonstrate expertise in pricing and staging.

Responsibilities
- Lead generate for 15 hours a week

- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities with Command
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
