Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed real estate agent—or a motivated individual in the process of earning their license—to join our team as an Assistant to the Lead Broker. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the lead broker, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment while expanding your expertise in real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead broker with daily tasks, including managing client relationships and coordinating transactions.
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and buyer/seller consultations.
- Support marketing efforts with a focus on social media strategy, content creation, and engagement.
- Manage and organize listings, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Stay informed about the local real estate market, particularly trends in new construction sales.
- Provide top-notch customer service to clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the transaction process.
Qualifications:
- Active real estate license (or actively pursuing licensure in South Carolina).
- Strong interest in new construction real estate and a desire to grow within the industry.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and a proven ability to create engaging content.
- Personable and professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
