What You’ll Do:

  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and personalized advice to ensure a seamless buying or selling experience.
  • Drive Sales: Use your expertise to identify and pursue leads, convert prospects into satisfied clients, and close deals with enthusiasm and precision.
  • Innovative Strategies: Utilize cutting-edge tools and marketing strategies to showcase properties and attract potential buyers.
  • Market Mastery: Stay ahead of market trends and local developments to offer informed guidance and strategic insights to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our dynamic team, sharing knowledge, strategies, and success stories to achieve collective goals.

As a key player on our team, you’ll leverage your sales skills and market knowledge to help clients find their dream homes and investment opportunities. You'll follow scripts to deliver TST's value proposition, handle objections, and demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on. You’ll oversee and manage the sales pipeline, using real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies to meet the buying/selling needs of our clients.

Compensation:

  • First-Year Agents: Average $50,000 - $75,000 annually.
  • Second-Year Agents: Average $75,000 - $100,000 annually.
  • Third-Year Agents and Beyond: Average $100,000+ annually.
  • Uncapped Commission: Your earnings are only limited by your effort and drive. The opportunity to earn as much as you are willing to work for.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
