Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our real estate team in managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer service orientation, and a passion for the real estate industry. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and enhancing client satisfaction through effective property management and sales support.

Duties

  • Provide administrative support to real estate agents, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing files.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials for property listings, including brochures, online listings, and social media content.
  • Communicate with clients and potential buyers to provide information about properties and answer inquiries.
  • Coordinate property showings and open houses, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property listings within the database.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and assist in pricing strategies for properties.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in real estate administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Good penmanship
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and file management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with real estate marketing strategies is beneficial.
  • Be punctual and a self starter
  • Must be able to use Apple computer or Macbook
  • Social media skills would be advantageous
  • Familiarity with Canva or other template marketing tools
  • Must have a driver's license and vehicle

Pay: $20.00 per hour
