Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Real Estate Assistant, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and knowledge of the Alpharetta real estate market is a plus.

The Executive Assistant will support a top-performing Realtor by handling administrative duties, managing marketing initiatives, and facilitating smooth real estate transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the Realtor by managing administrative tasks, marketing efforts, and real estate transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Handle phone calls, emails, and client communications with professionalism.
- Real Estate Listings: Assist with preparing and managing real estate listings, including gathering property details, coordinating with photographers, and ensuring accuracy in MLS entries.
- Marketing: Create and design flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials for listings and events. Manage and update social media accounts, including posting content, engaging with followers, and running ad campaigns.
- Transaction Coordination: Oversee real estate transaction timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met. Coordinate with clients, attorneys, lenders, and other parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Database Management: Maintain and organize client databases, ensuring all contact information and interactions are accurately recorded.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing open houses, client appreciation events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively address challenges and provide solutions to keep operations running efficiently.
- Market properties through various channels including social media, online listings, and open houses.
- Conduct research on local real estate market trends
- Attend classes and seminars as needed for continued education and updates
- Coordinate property showings and open houses while ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Real Estate Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva or similar, and Google Workspace.
- Experience with real estate tools and platforms such as MLS, Dotloop, Canva, and Command CRM software is highly preferred, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with social media management.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Alpharetta real estate market is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.87 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
