QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in real estate transaction coordination and marketing, strong attention to detail, excellent grammar and computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva. Familiarity with real estate online marketing platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and SEO experience is a plus.

Assist with transaction coordination, administrative tasks, and marketing efforts in the real estate sector. Support online marketing initiatives and maintain a strong presence on various social media platforms.

Looking for creative, tech savvy, and customer-oriented full time Real Estate, transaction coordination, Administrative & Marketing Assistant with experience.
Must have a strong attention-to-detail, excellent grammatical, computer and administrative skills.
Candidates must have proven experience with Microsoft Office including outlook, word, excel, powerpoint, Canva and willing to learn our company system. Preference given to candidates with strong understanding and experience with real estate online marketing or presence including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Linkedin. SEO experience a plus! Real Estate industry experience is preferred!
