Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Support: Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, managing social media accounts, and coordinating campaigns.
- CRM Management: Organize, update, and optimize the CRM system.
- Project Management: Oversee ongoing projects.
- Administrative Support: Handle scheduling, emails, file organization, and other administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- A self-starter with a knack for diving into systems and optimizing them for maximum efficiency.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savviness and proficiency in CRM tools, social media platforms, and general office software.
- Previous experience in real estate, marketing, or administrative roles is a plus, but a willingness to learn is even more important!
