We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Property Management and Real Estate Assistant to grow our team and take the company to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, property management, and customer service.

Duties

  • Provide administrative support to real estate agents, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Assist in the preparation of property listings and marketing materials to attract potential buyers or renters.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure all parties are informed throughout the buying or leasing process.
  • Manage property management and Real Estate tasks such as coordinating maintenance requests and tenant communications.
  • Conduct market research to gather data on property values, market trends, and competitive listings.
  • Help organize open houses and property showings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Maintain organized files and records for transactions, client interactions, and property details.
  • Support sales efforts by following up with leads and assisting in negotiations when necessary.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and office management.
  • Experience in property management or real estate administration is highly desirable.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting client needs and expectations.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
  • Familiarity with real estate marketing strategies to promote listings effectively.
