We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for real estate and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting processes, ensuring they have a seamless experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of Texas real estate laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the entire process.
  • Conduct market research to determine property values and trends in the local real estate market.
  • Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance with real estate laws and Fair Housing regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions through effective administrative practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage property listings, including staging homes for showings and conducting open houses.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, local market conditions, and changes in real estate law.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or real estate administrative roles is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and colleagues professionally.
  • Knowledge of Texas real estate law, property management practices, and Fair Housing regulations is essential.
  • An active Texas real estate sales agent or broker license is required
  • Expert knowledge of Dripping Springs, Texas and surrounding areas
