Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be capable of acting as a leader, or possibly even managing broker, for a new technology-centric real estate brokerage business. You must possess a deep understanding of the real estate market in Colorado and nationally, must be eligible to act as a managing broker in Colorado, and you will demonstrate exceptional customer service and sales skills through a proven track record.

We are working to disrupt the real estate business through innovative initiatives thus you must have the ability to work in a high-pressure and high-reward startup environment successfully. A competitor who loves to win is the mindset that will be most successful in this role.

Moreover, as a Real Estate Broker, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, valuation, and leasing processes while providing expert advice and support throughout each transaction. Overall, you must be excellent at marketing to win new business- and must be very skilled at recruiting customers at scale.

Duties

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties by understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Use technology and AI to take market share efficiently and quickly from competition.
  • Conduct market research to provide clients with up-to-date information on property values and market trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
  • Work with the legal team at our company to strategize and act accordingly.
  • Manage property listings, including marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or tenants.
  • Provide administrative support related to transactions, including documentation and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication.
  • Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage lenders.
  • Stay informed about local real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Work with, and take instruction from, C-Suite Executives.

Skills

  • Proven sales skills with a track record of successful transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Familiarity with real estate marketing strategies to promote properties effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
