Lead generate for 10 hours a week, conduct two or more open houses monthly, consult with buyers and sellers, negotiate offers, track tasks in Brivity Technology, participate in team activities, and demonstrate expertise in pricing and staging strategies.

Your Opportunity

Build your real estate marketing and operational skills as you ensure that our team upholds the gold standard of excellence in buyer and seller representation, marketing and client service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generate for 10 hours a week
  • Conduct two or more open houses monthly
  • Consult with buyers, obtain signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Consult with sellers, obtain signed listing agreements, and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$60,000 - $115,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
