LOCATION
Portland, OR 97225 (full-time, in-office position)
QUALIFICATIONS
Active Oregon real estate license (or obtained within 60 days of start date), proven track record of reliability, strong communication skills, experience with Canva and basic marketing tools, outstanding organizational abilities, customer service experience, and a positive, energetic attitude.

Seeking a dynamic Listing/Marketing Coordinator to support real estate agents and sellers with property preparations, marketing strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service during the listing process.

Our top producing real estate team is seeking a dynamic, personable and highly organized listing/ marketing coordinator to work directly with our sellers and listing agents. An active Oregon real estate license is required. This is a full-time, in-office position, though a car is required as you'll be out in the field often.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
-Work directly with our listing agents & sellers to handle all details related to prepping and listing a property including executing contracts, MLS data entry, signage, photography and print/ digital marketing
-Together with listing agent, guide and support home sellers to prep their home for market
-Support listing agents to prepare for listing appointments in order to convert leads to new clients
-Execute a comprehensive marketing plan for each listing- including coordinating photography, creating print and digital marketing assets, writing effective property descriptions and more
-Track and manage all showing feedback for active listings and update seller and listing agent accordingly
-Manage and update CRM effectively and efficiently
-Confidently and collaboratively problem solve through the many variables that inevitably occur working in real estate
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with team, agents, sellers, vendors, and contractors
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-Active Oregon real estate license ( or obtained within 60 days of start date) and experience in real estate field a plus
-Proven track record of reliability and dependability
-Commitment to providing 5-star service and extremely high quality work
-Strong ability to follow systems and timelines, while also having the flexibility to know when adjustments are needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Strong ability to build rapport quickly with others to build relationships
-Experience using Canva and other basic marketing tools w/ an eye for basic layout and design
- Outstanding organizational abilities with strong attention to detail and accuracy and ability to meet deadlines

-High level of enthusiasm, energy and positivity- even in stressful, busy and fast-paced situations
-Team player with experience working closely with partners and/ or teammates

Pay: $48,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
