We are a small, growing Beverly Hills area real estate team looking for just the right person to work with us as an administrative assistant to help support our business and our home buyers, sellers, and investors. We LOVE our team, company, and what we do, and are very excited about hiring another psychotically passionate pro for this position!

Real estate and/or office administration experience preferred

Much of the day to day would include:
Database management
Client Care
Phone and email communication
File and transaction coordination
Reports
Computer use
Lead coordination

Systems operations
Home and site visits
