Seeking a Marketing & Personal Assistant for a top-producing real estate broker to manage marketing campaigns, assist with administrative tasks, and support CRM management while providing flexible availability.

Job description

We're seeking an experienced Marketing & Personal Assistant for a top producing NV & CA Real Estate Broker in the South Lake Tahoe/Stateline location.

Duties and responsibilities:

● Manage a series of varied processes from paperwork, marketing designs, and electronic office systems

● Create marketing material, write content, manage/update distribution lists, and develop fresh campaign ideas

● Produce ongoing marketing campaigns consisting of email marketing, social media, YouTube videos, digital ads, print ads, direct mail, property brochures, postcards, and special projects

  • Design and production of transaction related items i.e.: inventory lists, property spec sheets, and boundary line maps.
  • Design, production and distribution of print materials such as brochures, ads, exposes, and direct mail campaigns
  • Design, production and maintenance of all ads, content, posts, videos, newsletters, and SEO on social media and digital
  • Marketing platforms, like Google ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Rezora, Adwerx and others as defined

● Conduct miscellaneous errands, such as blue prints, key copies, and providing property access. A reliable vehicle is a must for winter months

● Manage and maintain CRM database maintenance:

  • Daily monitoring of lead and contact activity within the CRM
  • Managing and applying automated follow up and drip campaigns to individual
  • leads
  • Keeping contacts and transactions in CRM up to date i.e.: status changes, agent
  • assignments, task creation, organizing showing feedback, lead group
  • management, and more.
  • CRM custom website maintenance
  • Lead updates
  • Other tasks in support of the team through the CRM

● Perform general admin support tasks include: correspondence, spreadsheets, scanning, and managing digital filing systems for internal use and client sharing

● Plan and manage events including set-up and tear down, opening homes for potential showings, scheduling photography and inspections

Requirements:

● Proficient in the following software: Microsoft, Google Business Suite, Adobe Suite, Marq, Monday.com

● Excellent written and oral communication skills

● Must be flexible, confident, energetic and a self motivator

● Hardworking, committed, self motivated, and able to efficiently work independently

● Able to relate to all types of personalities including strong ones

● Marketing and graphic design experience is required. If you have a portfolio please include it with your resume

● Real Estate experience is a bonus.

Pay and Work Hours:

● Commensurate with experience

● Monday through Friday

● Saturdays and Sundays when events are being sponsored

Job Type:

● Full-time, days and hours must be flexible and some weekends or late evenings will be needed.

● This position is in a dynamic Real Estate office that requires reliable transportation.

● A private office will be provided

● Professional dress attire

Supplemental pay types:

● Bonus pay

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $1.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
