Real Estate Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
As a Real Estate Marketing Manager at Seabrook, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and visibility of our real estate listings, enhancing our brand presence, and building strong relationships within the community. You will collaborate closely with the sales, content, and design teams to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that attract, engage, and convert leads across various channels. The ideal candidate is a marketer who is passionate about the coastal lifestyle, walkable neighborhoods, timeless architecture, and storytelling.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy plan each year designed to reach or exceed monthly and annual real estate sales goals.
- Develop and manage an annual marketing budget that is designed to support reaching our sales goals and ensure optimal impact and return on investment (ROI).
- Analyze budget performance against actuals and take necessary actions if discrepancies arise.
- Establish and achieve goals for conversion from marketing into qualified leads.
- Identify and track key demographic targets that are most likely to become leads.
- Forge new marketing initiatives to appeal to target demographics with a mix of innovative and classical marketing.
- Ensure Seabrook listings, both resale and new construction, are available across all standard channels and work to add additional channels.
- Connect Seabrook Real Estate with new virtual and physical communities that match the target demographics.
- Manage and oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesiveness across all channels, including digital, social, and traditional media.
- Manage the creation of compelling and authentic content that tells the Seabrook Ethos story and engages our community.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire your marketing team, fostering a culture of success through careful planning and execution
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A sales driven and creative mindset with a passion for marketing the benefits of home ownership in Seabrook.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in a senior marketing role within real estate.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing and brand strategies.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds occasionally.
Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000
