Real Estate Marketing Specialist
LOCATION
Hybrid remote in Pembroke Pines, FL 33024 (in-person preferred with one day in office)
QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or equivalent, strong graphic design skills, experience in social media management, familiarity with Google Suite, Dropbox, MLS Matrix, and Canva. Preferred experience in real estate marketing and/or as a marketing coordinator. Strong eye for detail required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and manage content for social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), execute email and printed mail marketing, update websites, create open house materials, assist with marketing plans, generate weekly marketing reports, oversee company events, and design marketing materials.

Part-time position focusing on social media marketing, content creation, and overall marketing support in a real estate context, with an expected workload of 8-12 hours per week, earning $15.00 - $20.00 per hour.

- Oversee company events.
- Designing Flyers & Print ads (contest flyers, newspaper ads, Magazine ads, etc)
- Sending out Constant Contact campaigns.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week
