Real Estate Marketing Specialist
LOCATION

Proven marketing experience, preferably in real estate, proficiency in design tools like Canva, strong understanding of social media, excellent writing and communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and familiarity with email marketing platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create marketing materials and compelling content, manage social media engagement, develop and manage email campaigns, assist in event coordination, maintain the team’s website, coordinate listing preparations, track and report analytics, and provide administrative support to ensure timely campaign execution.

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to execute and manage marketing initiatives for our real estate team, promoting our brand and supporting agents to drive business growth.
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and managing marketing initiatives to promote our brand, support our agents, and drive business growth. This role requires creativity, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in various digital marketing tools and platforms.
This position will lead our efforts to engage our current and potential customers with quality and consistent content, as well as oversee and administer our company’s social media marketing and advertising. They will manage our campaigns and day-to-day marketing operations.

$18 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:Content Creation and Management:
- Design and create marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, postcards, and digital assets.
- Write compelling copy for social media, newsletters, blogs, and property listings.
Social Media Management:
- Plan, schedule, and post engaging content on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages promptly.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and manage email campaigns to nurture leads and maintain client relationships.
- Create monthly newsletters to highlight team achievements, new listings, and market updates.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and promoting client appreciation events, open houses, and community outreach activities.
- Coordinate marketing materials and invitations for events.
Website Management:
- Update and maintain the team’s website with current listings, market reports, and team information.
- Create and update landing pages and event pages for the team’s website as needed, ensuring they are visually appealing and user-friendly.
Listing Coordination:
- Assist in preparing listings for the market by scheduling photography, creating listing descriptions, and coordinating staging or other pre-listing services.
- Manage MLS (Multiple Listing Service) entries and ensure accurate data input and updates.
- Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth listing preparation and ongoing updates.
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials related to active listings, including brochures, online advertisements, and other promotional materials.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and report the performance of marketing campaigns and social media efforts.
- Use insights to refine strategies and improve results.
Administrative Support:
- Organize and manage the marketing calendar to ensure the timely execution of campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Make sure team materials are accurate and relevant in accordance with team and brokerage compliance policies.
- Document marketing procedures and processes to streamline operations
- Support other projects and initiatives as requested by team leaders.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or similar software.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Constant Contact.
