Real Estate Photographer/Videographer
LOCATION
Multiple locations throughout NJ, travel required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in real estate photography and videography is required. Preference for FAA Part 107 certification and drone experience. Good communication skills and excellent customer service are essential. Must provide a link or examples of past work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide photography, videos, and floor plans for real estate agents/brokerages. Upload material by the end of the day and maintain communication with the in-house team for scheduling and editing.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Visual Marketing & Design is seeking reliable field operators for real estate photography and videography. Flexible schedule, competitive pay ($30.00 - $50.00 per hour), and training provided.
Visual Marketing & Design is a high-volume real estate marketing company looking for individuals to join our growing team of field operators to provide photography, videos and floor plans to agents/brokerages throughout NJ. This is a fast-paced contract job, and we need someone that is reliable and willing to travel with their own vehicle. We offer training, a flexible schedule and competitive pay. All sales, scheduling, and editing are done by our in-house team. We only require that you upload material to us by the end of the day.

Good understanding of composition, light and white balance.
Must have experience in real estate photography AND videography.
Prefer drone experience and FAA Part 107 licensed.
Floor plan experience a big plus but not required.
*Photographers and videographers may be trained to operate our Matterport System to provide floor plan/360 degree virtual tours.*

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED (please note which of the following you have in the question section):
- Mirrorless or DSLR camera (full frame preferred), 18 megapixels or greater
- Wide angle lens (17mm minimum lens for FULL FRAME sensor cameras OR 12mm minimum lens for CROP sensor cameras)
- Tripod with an accurate level and rotating head
- Motorized gimbal/stabilizer for video (such as the Ronin M or Ronin S)
- Aerial drone (such as DJI Mavic Pro, Mavic Air, or Phantom) and FAA part 107 drone certification is needed to fly with us.
