Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Director of Recruiting to understand hiring needs and develop strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales, marketing, and operational roles.
Manage job postings, review applications, and maintain candidate pipelines.
Conduct onboarding and support new hires during the initial stages of employment.
Track recruiting metrics and recommend improvements to the hiring process.
Continually improve ATS system to streamline recruiting operations

What You Bring to the Role:

Recruiting Experience: 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field (preferred but not required).
Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Strong Communication: Confident and professional verbal and written communication skills.
Growth-Oriented Mindset: Willingness to learn, take on challenges, and develop into a leadership position.
Systems Knowledge: Experience with ATS systems (ClearCo preferred), but not required.
