1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field preferred, exceptional organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication, growth-oriented mindset, and experience with ATS systems (ClearCo preferred).

Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Recruiting to understand hiring needs and develop strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales, marketing, and operational roles.
- Manage job postings, review applications, and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Conduct onboarding and support new hires during the initial stages of employment.
- Track recruiting metrics and recommend improvements to the hiring process.
- Continually improve ATS system to streamline recruiting operations
What You Bring to the Role:
- Recruiting Experience: 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Strong Communication: Confident and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Growth-Oriented Mindset: Willingness to learn, take on challenges, and develop into a leadership position.
- Systems Knowledge: Experience with ATS systems (ClearCo preferred), but not required.
