How You Fit In
Collaborate with senior leaders in sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships to understand business needs, define hiring priorities, and create targeted talent acquisition strategies.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, industry events, competitor talent pool where applicable as well as direct outreach) to identify and engage qualified candidates for GTM positions
- Establish and own processes to rapidly shortlist high quality candidates, based on requirements provided by functional leaders
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and manage the interview process for candidates across multiple departments
- Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural add within Bidgely’s collaborative, mission-driven environment.
- Promote Bidgely as an employer of choice within the energy efficiency and tech industries by highlighting the company’s mission, culture, and commitment to sustainability in recruiting materials and conversations with candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse candidates for all GTM roles, ensuring quick and efficient filling of open positions while providing an excellent candidate experience.
- Partner closely with People Operations, hiring managers, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and talent integration into the business.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive hiring landscapes to provide strategic insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment strategies within the energy tech sector.
Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with Bidgely’s business goals.
How You Succeed
- By attracting and hiring A-players for open roles to build high-performing teams.
- By achieving defined metrics such as time-to-fill (45 to 60 days), improve hiring efficiency (by 10%), and improve candidate satisfaction (by 10 to 15%).
- By adhering to established recruiting frameworks (S4 methodology, WHO method) and ensuring hiring managers are following the process.
- By building a strong pipeline of candidates for future roles that will help fill roles in a timely manner.
- By diligently tracking and analyzing recruiting metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- By being solution focused and implementing best practices to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting for Go-to-Market (GTM) roles.
- Proven experience and a strong network recruiting for a variety of GTM roles including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Strong network in the clean tech or energy sectors.
- Proven ability to identify and attract top talent through a variety of channels, including direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and leveraging social media.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (visual, verbal, and written), with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate quality).
- Experience optimizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate communications like scheduling and coordination through AI and other tools.
- A passion for energy sustainability, innovation, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in recruiting for energy technology or sustainability companies.
- Familiarity with hosting or participating in virtual hiring fairs or events.
- Professional Recruiter certifications Eg. LinkedIn Recruiter, Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR)

Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $98,000-$105,000 DOE.
In accordance with the California Equal Pay and Pay Transparency laws , the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
