QUALIFICATIONS
No degree required, but relevant education or experience is necessary. Experience in customer service and sales is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential; ability to quickly learn new systems such as RollMaster is needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive new sales and maintain existing relationships, accurately measure for flooring products, create bids for customers, plan sales activity schedules, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Account Manager is responsible for customer discovery, bidding, onboarding, and providing exceptional service, fostering strong relationships to minimize the need for cold calling through referrals.
POSITION SUMMARY
An Account Manager is responsible for the discovery, bidding, onboarding, and continued service of customers. It is their job to ensure that every customer for every job receives exceptional service and attention. It is the duty of the Account Manager to maintain regular and clear communication with every customer regarding their current and upcoming projects.
The Account Manager spends most of their day seeking new business or strengthening existing relationships through in-person visits and phone conversations. It is expected that Account Managers regularly review the jobs done for their customers to ensure quality installation and reassure the customer that their needs have been met.
A successful Account Manager will build strong relationships with every customer and create a loyal two-way business relationship. The goal of every Account Manager should be to provide such exceptional service that they have no need for cold calling due to the amount referrals they receive from their existing customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Drive new sales and maintain existing relationships
· Accurately measure for carpet, vinyl, and LVP
· Quickly create bids for prospect customers in RollMaster
· Efficiently plan one’s own schedule to include cold calls, sales meetings, and other activities
· Coordinate with other departments to ensure a hassle-free experience from start to finish for every job
