Regional Chapter Engagement And Events Officer
LOCATION
Hybrid remote in Houston, TX 77042, with extensive travel within the USA to support chapters and events as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; proven experience in event planning, chapter or community management, and campaign execution; excellent communication skills; strong project management abilities; familiarity with digital marketing preferred.

Manage fundraising events, coordinate digital marketing efforts, lead campaign engagement, develop chapter governance strategies, execute year-long activities, handle administrative tasks, and maintain strong communication across teams.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
This role involves planning and executing fundraising events, enhancing digital marketing efforts, and ensuring effective chapter governance to support TCF-USA's mission and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Fundraising Event Management
- Collaborate with TCF-USA chapter teams to plan and execute successful fundraising events.
- Oversee event logistics, including venue coordination, vendor management, and event materials.
- Develop and distribute marketing materials in collaboration with the design team in Pakistan and USA-based vendors.
- Secure speakers, entertainers, and other key individuals to enhance event experiences.
- Track event funds, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
- Oversee post-event processing, including thank-you notes, donor follow-ups, and financial reporting.
2. Digital Marketing & Content Management
- Coordinate with the marketing team to update the TCF-USA chapter’s digital presence, including website content, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), and email marketing (Constant Contact).
3. Campaign Engagement
- Lead engagement efforts for special annual marketing campaigns such as back-to-school, Ramadan, and year-end campaigns.
- Collaborate with chapters to ensure cohesive messaging and maximize impact during key fundraising periods.
4. Chapter Governance and Sustainability
- Develop and implement a strategic project plan for each chapter for the year.
- Focus on chapter governance and sustainability by providing guidance, training, and ongoing support to chapter teams.
5. Annual and Ongoing Chapter Activities
- Plan and execute year-long chapter activities to drive engagement and fundraising.
- Manage people and address potential crises within chapter teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support outreach efforts to grow chapter presence and influence in their respective regions.
6. Administrative Responsibilities
- Handle administrative tasks, including inventory management, payment processing, and maintaining expense records.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of chapter-related activities and expenditures.
7. Collaborative and Strategic Engagement
- Maintain strong communication with chapter teams to ensure the successful execution of events and campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams across TCF-USA and TCF-Pakistan to align goals and coordinate resources.
- Engage external vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
- Proven experience in event planning, chapter or community management, and campaign execution.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Good to have experience in digital marketing and social media content coordination.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with social media and planning and task organizing platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
Preferred:
- Experience in the non-profit sector, with a focus on fundraising and donor engagement.
- Familiarity with TCF-USA’s mission and values.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,675.33 - $55,006.85 per year
