Regional Commercial Excellence Executive
LOCATION
Regional position with travel required - 8-10 working days per month.
QUALIFICATIONS
MBA in General Management or Business Management, 4+ years of experience in customer marketing, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive commercial excellence initiatives, manage multi-functional stakeholders, analyze sales data, monitor competitive activities, assist sales leadership, and support the implementation of sales capability initiatives.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Assist in executing commercial excellence initiatives, influence stakeholders, and optimize sales and infrastructure for the region while ensuring effective communication between head office and regional teams.
The role has the following key deliverables:

- Drive Commercial excellence – GTM, Sales capability building, Infrastructure & Network health
- Travel Required – In Market Working expectation – 8-10 working days in a month
- Internal Stakeholders – Regional Leaders – RCCM, ASMs, RH | Head Office – Customer Marketing managers, Region Sales Team – TSEs, ASEs
- External Stakeholders – Retail Distribution Wholesalers, Retailers, Key Accounts (In Region), Vendors
- Set up and run a business communication process which ensures effective downloads and liaison between head office and the region in order to optimize key business opportunities.
- Analyze both internal and external sales (Sell-in, Sell- out) data to identify distribution gaps, threats and opportunities within the region. Plan and propose next steps and actions.
- Monitor competitive activities, benchmark and submit a regular report on network, infrastructure & service models adopted by other organizations.
- Identify coverage and service gaps. Work with field sales team to propose & implement corrective actions.
- Conduct network & infrastructure health analysis. Take corrective action where needed. Ensure all network / infrastructure actions are aligned with the RCCM & Region head
- Assist the regional sales leadership in improving effectiveness of our sales team by being the owner for implementing sales capability initiative
- Develop intelligence & plan pilots in partnership with the regional leaders to set up a rural GTM as relevant for the region’s distribution priorities
- Assist the expert team and customer marketing team with set up & operations of Alternate Channel, Hospital channel GTM.
- Own & drive the agenda for SFA Usage, Issue resolution, DMS discipline with retail distribution wholesalers – Ways of Working, Compliance
