QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration preferred; 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales and marketing, preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care; proven track record of meeting sales goals; strong leadership and communication skills; willingness to travel.

Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive growth, build relationships with referral sources, analyze market trends, provide leadership to sales teams, track KPIs, lead outreach efforts, collaborate with executive leadership, ensure regulation compliance, and support facilities directly.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive census growth and revenue across multiple facilities.
Build and maintain relationships with key referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community organizations.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer needs to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
Provide leadership, training, and support to facility-level sales and admissions teams.
Establish and track KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
Lead outreach efforts, networking events, and branding initiatives to enhance Avante’s reputation in the communities we serve.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding healthcare marketing and admissions.
Maintain a strong presence in the field, visiting facilities regularly to provide hands-on support and coaching.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in healthcare sales and marketing, preferably in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute care.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and census growth goals.
Strong knowledge of healthcare referral networks and admission processes.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive results.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to analyze data and create actionable sales strategies.
Willingness to travel throughout the assigned region as needed.
Passion for providing high-quality care and improving patient outcomes.
