WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Under the direction of the Manager - Education, this position will be responsible for executing in-office education, live seminars and virtual webinars, Admin Duties where applicable, and other technical and sales-focused education classes as needed. These educational events and seminars are designed to enhance the knowledge of the skinbetter science brand, technologies, and clinical science for our external customers, staff members, and consumers. This position will support the education needs of the customers within, but not limited to, our Authorized Physician Partner (APP) accounts, Key Accounts, high growth opportunity accounts, prospective accounts, and accounts new to the skinbetter science brand. The Regional Education Specialist will also support Education and Sales programs that correlate to the brands initiatives where applicable.

Accountabiliti
es: The skinbetter science Regional Education Specialist represents the brand on a large public scale, within virtual and social environments, and within the offices of our APPs. They must possess and exemplify a professional attitude and lead with integrity on all platforms and in all interactions. This position must be able to execute impeccable presentations using aligned brand verbiage and represent all touchpoints that align with skinbetter science and its brand messaging.

LIVE SEMINARS:
  • Facilitates
customer-facin
g seminars (10-125 people), in the field utilizing tools and assets provided by skinbetter science and delivers consistent messaging on designated topics including, but not limited to, product knowledge and technologies, professional protocols, clinical science, selling techniques, and the education and oversight of chemical peel applications performed by licensed skinbetter science APPs who carry and recommend our AlphaRet Professional Peel Systems 30 and 50.
  • Assists in recruiting for seminars utilizing internal and social platforms with skinbetter science provided assets.
  • Logs seminar attendance at month-end in the Education Dashboard.
  • Collaborates with Area Director (AD) and Aesthetic Business Managers (ABMs) to gain maximum ROI by utilizing the exclusive seminar promotion for each engagement, and any other
monthly/quarte
rly/year-end regional goals as advised by the AD.
  • Manages travel and logistics for all field-based, in-office education events, while coordinating with the ABMs to ensure consistency, timeliness, and white-glove service for both ABMs and APPs.
  • Supports ABMs for all live seminars in collaboration with AD and ABMs including meeting account needs, gratis, and final attendee lists within a given budget for each event.

VIRTUAL WEBINARS & SPECIALIZED EDUCATION:

g webinars to our APPs utilizing tools and assets provided by skinbetter science; delivering consistent messaging as designated on topics including, but not limited to, product knowledge and technologies, professional protocols, science, selling techniques, social selling, better connect program, and AlphaRet Professional Peels.

impactful education via streaming services (Teams Premium) and exemplifies skinbetter science branding utilizing background
displays/banne
r as well as appropriate product positioning and business professional attire that represents skinbetter science in a warm, welcoming, professional manner.
  • Works with ABMs to set up all displays, participant
guides/materia
ls, and demonstration products at in-office education events by Education leadership directives and plans for consistent content delivery.
  • Prepares monthly reports, including, but not limited to, a calendar of training activities, budget utilization, and all corporate required forms such as expense reports per timing parameters.
  • Logs webinar attendance at month-end in the Education Dashboard
  • Collaborates with regional AD and ABMs to gain maximum ROI by utilizing current skinbetter science promotion (where applicable) for each engagement, according to product launches and current marketing initiatives.

IN-OFFICE EDUCATION:
  • Coordinates with the AD to create a consistent and fair rotation ensuring every territory can utilize the Regional Education Specialist in an effective and impactful manner.
  • Delivers in-office education with APPs and other high-potential opportunities identified in collaboration with the AD/ABM.
  • Optimizes time in territories by collaborating with AD/ABMs to deliver in-office education to prospective accounts, skinbetter science APPs, and/or accommodate strategic training requests as determined by the AD/ABMs.

SOCIAL SELLING:
  • Supports in office selling events
(patient/launc
h/holiday, etc.) aligning to the overall social selling initiative.

PROGRAM SUPPORT (IN COLLABORATION WITH VP - BRAND EDUCATION, MANAGER - EDUCATION):
  • Assists in the delivery of new education programs by needs assessment performed in the field, including expanding current programs.
  • Keeps awareness of competitors’ offerings to overcome objections, and highlight skinbetter science
product/techno

n, while maintaining positivity and not disparaging any other competitive brands when in the presence of skinbetter science staff, partners, APPs and customers.

OTHER
  • Attends skinbetter science tradeshows, when assigned, for pertinent professional meetings at major
medical/indust
ry meetings based on the need and in collaboration with Medical Affairs and Sales Leadership.
  • Maintains clear, consistent, and proactive communication between sales, education leadership, and customers in correlation with in-office education initiatives.
  • Regularly attends trainings offered through L’Oreal USA (MyLearning) and other learning sites to broaden the scope of expertise.

JOB Q
UALIFICATIONS:

  • Undergraduate degree (preferred)
  • Active medical
credentialing;
active aesthetician license, RN, NP (preferred but not required)
  • Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on training experience with both small and large groups in a variety of settings (in-office, webinar, seminar, and the like) and/or equivalent related work and educational experience
  • Must be able to travel to in-office education sessions, sales meetings, trade shows, corporate office as necessary to meet the education objectives and business needs of skinbetter science sales

  • Ability to lift 40+ pounds independently (suitcase, demo product, travel projector, and other related education materials and tools as needed)
