QUALIFICATIONS
P and W phase Certification, valid driver's license with a clear record, ability to drive a company vehicle, excellent communication skills, 5+ years of management, customer service, and coaching experience, high school diploma or GED required (bachelor's or associate degree preferred).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee regional operations, manage sales and service activities, train staff, set sales targets, coordinate projects, build communication within the team, execute quality assurance, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the growth, operations, and sales/service in designated regions, managing a team of employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Overview: The regional manager oversees growth, operation, and sales/service over designated regions. As a regional manager, your responsibility is to oversee the activities of all of your region's department employees, including sales representatives and technicians. Regional managers must also skillfully price, schedule, and evaluate jobs and quality assurance programs. Administrative tasks regional managers are responsible for ordering equipment and supplies, compiling and submitting reports, and calling clients about services. They must also ensure equipment and facilities are kept clean and well-maintained. When necessary, regional managers may also be required to perform pest control services on commercial and residential accounts. They are responsible for properly accounting for company funds received or spent during everyday business activities. Regional managers are in charge of overseeing the use of pesticides and the disposal of hazardous materials. They assist the Branch Manager in hiring and terminating employees when needed, ensuring all employees act according to company policy, providing encouragement and support for all team members daily, and conducting touch base meetings for all team members. This position involves a lot of responsibility and can be extremely rewarding at the end of the day!

Responsibilities:
- Accurately be able to treat and train techs to do all aspects of treatments including termite work.
- Teach go-forths sales process, reviews process, and treatment process by conducting meetings with teams and managers.
- Set and track sales targets for your team
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
- Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met
- Build an open-communication environment for your team
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
- Conduct one on one meetings
- Be on time, attentive, & enthusiastic
- Required to be at the office at 7:30 am
- Ability to provide specific feedback and explain the reasoning

- Train new hires following Go-Forth trainer standards with 90-100% accuracy

Qualifications:
- P and W phase Certification
- Start Pest control licensing process
- You must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a clear driving record
- Ability to drive and operate a company vehicle
- Must be fluent in software applications
- Have excellent communication skills.

- 5+ years experience in Management, Customer service & Coaching

Physical Requirements:
The following list of minimum physical duties required for a Pest Control Tech position at Go-Forth Pest Control. This is NOT an exhaustive list of all duties. Some adjustments to physical requirements can be made based on work available and Doctor's restrictions.
- Carry a 10-plus pound hand sprayer 25 minutes at a time, 6 to 10 times a day.
- Drive a vehicle.
- Navigate crawl spaces
- Carry and use a 38-pound backpack leaf blower
- Walk up and down small groups of stairs carrying equipment.
- Carry a 5-10 pound satchel over your shoulder.
- A significant amount of walking:
- Make several trips fully encircling each household, 15-20 houses each day, 2-3 times at each house.
- Many large businesses require several hundred feet of walking on concrete and asphalt inside and out.
- Bend over and squat multiple times per day for inspecting and touching things close to the ground or on the ground.
Candidates must be open to travel within a 60-mile radius of Hickory, NC as part of their job responsibilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 per year
