About the Role:

As a Regional Manager, you will oversee multiple Consumer Loan offices, driving operational excellence, team performance, and customer satisfaction. You’ll provide strong leadership, motivate teams, and ensure each branch meets its growth and profitability goals.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on creating strategies to increase productivity and achieve sales targets while fostering a positive, high-energy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day operations across multiple branches.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff, fostering skill development and adherence to company policies.
  • Drive growth in accounts and receivables by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
  • Implement strategies to maximize profitability, including effective lending, collections, and marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee asset control, proper credit extension, and past-due account management.
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure branches maintain satisfactory or better compliance ratings.
  • Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and promoting all company products (e.g., Tax Preparation).
  • Collaborate with local communities and businesses to grow the branch network through B2B marketing.
  • Support staff in daily collection calls and provide constructive feedback.
  • Plan and execute branch growth strategies, ensuring consistent alignment with company objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of multi-unit management experience in lending, retail, restaurants, financial services, or hospitality.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and leadership skills, results-driven mindset, and customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with modern management practices and basic computer skills.
  • Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish) candidates with experience in small loans.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
