The North America Sales Regional Manager will drive sales growth, manage a high-performing sales team, and develop strategic partnerships across North America, contributing to the expansion of a leading e-bike brand.
Position Summary:
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development and Execution
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies for the North American market in alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies promptly.
- Create efficient pricing policies and sales strategies for both online and offline channels.
- Plan and implement offline promotional activities to achieve sales goals.
Team Management and Goal Achievement
- Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure sales targets are achieved.
Channel Expansion and Management
- Expand and manage partnerships with offline distributors and channel partners to enhance quality and coverage.
- Collaborate with online platforms to increase traffic and improve conversion rates.
- Plan and execute impactful offline events and participate in industry trade shows.
Key Account Development and Maintenance
- Identify and develop key client relationships in the North American market.
- Foster repeat purchases and cultivate long-term partnerships.
Data-Driven Business Management
- Analyze sales and market data to evaluate channel and customer performance, optimizing resource allocation and marketing strategies.
- Manage the sales budget effectively to improve ROI and drive resource efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience, with at least 2 years in a Sales Director or equivalent role for the North American market.
- Proven team management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Strong analytical capabilities and market insight to make data-driven decisions.
- Fluent in English and Chinese with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with North American market culture and business practices.
