Position Summary:
The North America Sales Regional Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic partnerships with distributors and clients across the region. This position will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, optimizing market strategies, and expanding our presence in the North American market.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development and Execution
  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies for the North American market in alignment with company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies promptly.
  • Create efficient pricing policies and sales strategies for both online and offline channels.
  • Plan and implement offline promotional activities to achieve sales goals.

Team Management and Goal Achievement
  • Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure sales targets are achieved.

Channel Expansion and Management
  • Expand and manage partnerships with offline distributors and channel partners to enhance quality and coverage.
  • Collaborate with online platforms to increase traffic and improve conversion rates.
  • Plan and execute impactful offline events and participate in industry trade shows.

Key Account Development and Maintenance
  • Identify and develop key client relationships in the North American market.
  • Foster repeat purchases and cultivate long-term partnerships.

Data-Driven Business Management
  • Analyze sales and market data to evaluate channel and customer performance, optimizing resource allocation and marketing strategies.
  • Manage the sales budget effectively to improve ROI and drive resource efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience, with at least 2 years in a Sales Director or equivalent role for the North American market.
  • Proven team management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and market insight to make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with North American market culture and business practices.
